- If you encounter an issue with your purchase, we will make every effort to resolve the problem by providing technical support or a replacement file (of equal or lesser value).
Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement file may be provided under the following circumstances:
- The purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible.
- The delivered file is materially different from what was described on our website.
- A technical error on our side prevented you from receiving the correct product.
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of your purchase at leadsdatabase.store@gmail.com with proof of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement file.
No Refunds in the Following Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Inability to use or access the data due to customer-side issues.
- Purchases made during promotions, discount offers, or bundled deals.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.
- Claims submitted after the 7-day replacement window.
Overpayments & Duplicate Transactions
Any accidental overpayment or duplicate payment made to Leads Database will be credited to your account for future purchases. No cash refunds will be provided.
